We all want to attain and maintain a good state of health and well-being but sometimes in today’s fast-paced world this can seem out of our reach. Our health can easily be weakened by stress, anxiety, attitudes, poor lifestyle and diet. REFLEXOLOGY can help to return the body to a dynamic state of balance. It can reduce stress and anxiety inducing deep relaxation. When the body is in a relaxed state, it has the opportunity and ability to balance itself and function more efficiently. Circulation can be improved together with better nerve function and an opening up of the body’s energy pathways, energising and balancing the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the body.

Just as our body can become out of balance, so can our feelings about our life. You may feel generally dissatisfied or just want to be achieving more, or perhaps you are at a crossroads in either your personal or professional life, or both. COACHING gives you the time and space to collect your thoughts and assess your feelings within a safe, non-judgmental and supportive relationship. It offers you the freedom to discover who you really are, what is important to you and what you want to create in your life. As your personal development coach I will provide you with unconditional support along your journey. You are the one making the choices, whatever they may be. It is an opportunity for self-discovery, greater awareness, personal development, choice and the exciting possibility of change.

As a Coach and a certified Resilience Practitioner, I can assist you with building and strengthening your resilience to enable you to cope better in difficult and stressful situations, to understand and manage your emotions and reactions and ultimately to reach your goals and achieve a more balanced existence.

As a qualified reflexologist and life coach, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and understanding over the years I have been in practice and I can offer you a caring and supportive environment in which to regain or maintain good health, as well as an opportunity to explore your current situation and decide what is important to you and how you can achieve your full potential.
