Reflexology & Coaching
We all want to achieve and maintain a good state of health and well-being but sometimes in today’s fast-paced world this can seem difficult to achieve. Our health can easily be weakened by stress, anxiety, attitudes, poor lifestyle and diet. We often lead such busy lives and this can make it difficult to find the time for healthy eating or time for ourselves to reflect and re-balance. However, there is a gentle, complementary therapy which may help you.
REFLEXOLOGY is a calming and relaxing therapy which can assist the body in returning to a dynamic state of balance. It can reduce stress and anxiety, inducing deep relaxation. When the body is in this relaxed state, it has the opportunity and ability to balance itself and function more efficiently. After a reflexology treatment you may sleep better, feel more energised yet calm and your digestion may also improve. Circulation can be improved together with an opening up of the body’s energy pathways, which can bring balance and vitality to the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the body. You may feel better after just one treatment and a short course of treatments will help you to get back on track with leading a healthy life and feeling more positive.
Just as our physical body can become out of balance, so can our thoughts and feelings about our life. You may feel generally dissatisfied or want to be achieving more, your health may be an area of concern for you, you may feel unsure how to move forward in a particular situation, or perhaps you are just at a crossroads in either your personal or professional life, or both. When you feel like this and you want to find a way of being able to get yourself back on track with your life, coaching could be the answer you are looking for.
COACHING is a supportive, collaborative and encouraging relationship between you and the coach, which offers you a safe, non-judgmental space in which to collect your thoughts, reflect and consider your feelings. It offers you the freedom to discover who you really are, to look at your situation from a different perspective, to find out what is important to you and to decide what you want in your life going forward. As your personal development coach I will provide you with unconditional support and encouragement along your journey. You are the one making the choices, whatever they may be. It will be an opportunity for self-discovery, greater awareness, personal development, growth, choice and the exciting possibility of change.
As a Coach and a certified Resilience Practitioner, I can also assist you with building and strengthening your resilience to enable you to cope better in difficult and stressful situations, both now and into the future. Building your resilience can help you to begin to understand and manage your emotions and behaviours better and ultimately to achieve a more balanced, rewarding and positive life.
As a qualified reflexologist and life coach, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge, skills and understanding over the years that I have been in practice and I can offer you a caring and supportive environment in which to achieve and maintain good health, as well as an opportunity to explore your current life situation, to really discover yourself and your values, to clarify your thoughts and feelings and decide what is important to you, how you can achieve your goals and reach your full potential.
